Add byparr to app list

Hello

Byparr is an alternative to FlareSolverr as a drop-in replacement, built with seleniumbase and FastAPI.

Flaresolverr is too unstable and a lot of people are struggling with it on trackers that use cloudflare.

It would be nice to have this alternative, and maybe more !
